Paul Fried is a Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Firm. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and has practiced accounting for more than 30 years.
Paul services clients in the construction, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and professional service industries. He provides these companies and their owners with tax, forensic accounting, and merger and acquisition support. He also specializes in business valuation and litigation services.
Paul is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on Smolin Lupin’s Acquisition and Mergers, Administration, Finance, Strategic Planning, and Wealth Management Committees.
Paul is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a B.S. in Accounting. He practices out of our Red Bank office and resides in New Jersey with his family.
