John Obeid is a Senior Director in the Research Group for the Suburban Tri-State operations. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, his research expertise spans across multiple business lines, including office, industrial and retail. John is in charge for overseeing and executing market research deliverables and analytics to internal brokers and clients of Colliers. Directly overseeing New Jersey’s research operations, John is responsible for reporting and analyzing trends for nearly 1 billion square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
