Theodore J. Dudek is a Member of the Firm. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and has more than 35 years’ experience in public accounting.

Ted services clients in the bankruptcy, leasing, manufacturing and wholesale industries. He has provided these companies and their owners with accounting, tax, succession planning, and management consulting services.

Ted has served as an expert witness before Federal Bankruptcy Court. He is a former member of the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors, the American Association of Equipment Lessors, the Bankruptcy Committee and the Cooperation with Bankers Resource Group committees of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ted is a graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He practices out of our Parsippany, New Jersey office.

Ted has also been named Top CPA of the Year by IAOTP and has been recognized by NJBIZ as a Top Managing Partners.
