Edmond W. Hardy is a Member of the Firm. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey, New York and Florida. He has been practicing public accounting for over 40 years.
Ed services clients in the manufacturing, distribution, logistics, advertising, and professional service industries.
He provides these companies and their owners with Commercial and ERISA audits, estate planning, assistance with mergers, acquisitions and succession planning.
Ed is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Public Accountants, and the Association of Fraud Examiners. He serves on Smolin Lupin’s Accounting and Auditing Committee and is the head of the Client Evaluation and Risk Assessment Committee.
Ed is actively involved in the community. He serves as chairman for the Finance Committee of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church Ed is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a B.S. in Accounting. He practices out of our Fairfield, New Jersey office and resides in Denville, New Jersey.
